Spring is officially here and we’re ready to celebrate with two of our favorite things: brunch and seasonal cocktails. As we continue to practice social distancing during the Stay at Home order, that doesn’t mean you can’t bring the fun home! These five refreshing cocktails offer crisp spring flavors without requiring the skills of a professional mixologist.

So as you piece together your at home brunch menu, consider adding one of these fresh spring cocktails to make your next meal stand out.

Lavender Collins

A combination of gin, lemon, blackberry and lavender, this fun cocktail from HGTV puts a fresh twist on the traditional Collins. If you’re planning to whip up some lemon poppyseed pancakes or a berry parfait, this is the drink you’ll want on the table.

Rabbit Punch

True to its name, this drink from epicurious packs a punch. The citrusy flavors of the orange, lemon and pineapple combined with the fizz of sparkling wine and warm notes of bourbon are the perfect complement to a spring day.

Blueberry Lemon Ginger Fizz

Vodka, ginger beer, blueberries, lemon, mint. What more could you want from a boozy beverage? This BRIT+CO recipe is the perfect combination of sweetness, zest and cool mint. And it pairs nicely with just about every type of muffin.

The High Noon

For those fortunate enough to be able to dine al fresco, the High Noon is the drink for you. This concoction of golden watermelon, ginger, basil and tequila from Milly’s Kitchen is sure to be a hit with all your guests.

Chocolate Easter bunny espresso martinis

Kill two birds with one stone by mixing up a cocktail that doubles as a dessert. We all love the chocolate bunnies that hit stores around Easter, and Grilled Cheese Social has now made them our favorite new martini glass.

Ready to mix things up? Whip up one of these five cocktails to serve alongside your table cakes, frittatas and avocado toast. As we adjust to our new normal, we hope you enjoy some cocktails to elevate the precious time you have with family and friends, whether in person or virtually.

Have you experimented with more than one of these creations? Let us know which one is your favorite!
