ELIGIBILITY:  THE REWARDS PROGRAM IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATES OF ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KENTUCKY, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, TENNESSEE, AND WISCONSIN WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, WITH A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE OR A VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO I.D., AT TIME OF ENTRY (“Entrant”).  Employees of Accel Entertainment (“Sponsor”) and EventLink LLC (“3rd Party Verification Company”) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) and the members of their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household with such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.  Owners and individuals disclosed on the Participating Establishment’s Illinois Gaming Board application (i.e. officers, video gaming manager, etc.) may be eligible to participate but shall not Check In at the Participating Establishment they own or are listed on the application of.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES:  By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or the 3rd Party Verification Company, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Rewards Program.  This Rewards Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

TO CHECK IN: Visit any of the Participating Establishments during the Promotional Period (“Participating Establishment”) and during the Participating Establishment’s regular posted business hours.  For a current list of all Participating Establishments, please visit (www.aeplayer.com).  To Check In (“Check In”), either enter all requested information on the AE Rewards Program Kiosk (“Kiosk”), where available, located at certain Participating Establishments and submit as directed, or download Accel’s AE Player App (“App”) on a compatible smart phone device and enter all requested information into the App while physically located inside a Participating Establishment.  Your physical presence inside a Participating Establishment will be required to properly Check In.  Incomplete Check Ins are void. Check Ins must be received by the end of each individual Check In period for a particular offered prize (“Giveaway Opportunity”).  There is no purchase or fee required to enter.  A purchase will not improve the chances of winning.  Limit one (1) Check In per person, per one (1) hour period, per Participating Establishment (via either the Kiosk or App).

Check Ins made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other event or method, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service websites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Program. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted a Check-In cannot be resolved to Sponsor and/or 3rd Party Verification Company’s satisfaction, the affected Check-In will be deemed ineligible in the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or 3rd Party Verification Company.

Only Check-Ins submitted in accordance with these Official Rules will be accepted. No telephoned, faxed, emailed, or mechanically reproduced Check-Ins, or Check-Ins generated by any means which subvert the Check In process, will be accepted.  3rd Party Verification Company, Sponsor and Participating Establishments are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, unreadable, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.  All Check-Ins become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  3rd Party Verification Company has no obligation to advise an Entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant Check-In.

MEMBERSHIP STATUS LEVELS:  Membership Status Levels consist of “Member” Status Level, “Silver” Status Level, and “Gold” Status Level.  One (1) Check-In equates to one (1) Status Level Credit, unless Check-In occurs during a Multiplier Event (as defined herein).

• In order to qualify for and/or maintain Member Status Level, Entrant must earn and maintain between 0 and 50 Status Level Credits.
• In order to qualify for and/or maintain Silver Status Level, Entrant must earn and maintain between 51 and 250 Status Level Credits.
• In order to qualify for and/or maintain Gold Status Level, Entrant must earn and maintain 251 or more Status Level Credits.

Entrants’ Check-Ins will accumulate per quarter (for purposes of 2021, only: 12:00 AM CDT October 1, 2021 through 11:59 PM CDT December 31, 2021; for purposes of 2022, only: 12:00 AM CDT January 1, 2022 through 11:59 PM CDT March 31, 2022; 12:00 AM CDT April 1, 2022 through 11:59 PM CDT June 30, 2022; 12:00 AM CDT July 1, 2022 through 11:59 PM CDT September 30, 2022; 12:00 AM CDT October 1, 2022 through 11:59 PM CDT December 31, 2022) (each a “Quarterly Accumulation Period”). Membership Status Levels will carry over to the next calendar quarter; however, an Entrant’s Status Credits will reset to zero at the beginning of each calendar quarter. An Entrant must continue to Check-In over the course of the calendar quarter in order to maintain (or increase) his or her existing Membership Status Level.

By way of hypothetical example, only:  On April 1, 2021, Entrant begins Program at Member Status Level.  By June 15, 2021, Entrant accumulates 51 Status Level Credits and moves up to Silver Status Level.  On July 1, 2021, Entrant begins the calendar quarter at Silver Status Level, although his/her Status Level Credits reset to zero (0).  From July 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021, Entrant must again accumulate at least 51 Status Level Credits to maintain Silver Status Level starting on October 1, 2021, or he/she will revert to Member Status Level.

If an Entrant Checks In using a Kiosk or App that is offline (not connected to the internet at the time of the Check-In), the Entrant will only receive benefits associated with the Status Level the Entrant had reached at the time of his or her last Check-In on a Kiosk or App that was online (connected to the internet at the time of the Check-In).  

BENEFITS OF EACH MEMBERSHIP STATUS LEVEL:  Benefits of each Membership Status Level are subject to change at any time in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Member Status Level:

• One (1) Check-In = One (1) Status Level Credit, unless Check-In occurs during a Multiplier Event.
• One (1) Check-In = One (1) entry into current Individual Giveaway Opportunity, unless Check-In occurs during a Multiplier Event, in which case each one (1) entry is multiplied as defined herein.

PRIZE PATROL GIVEAWAY OPPORTUNITIES: Sponsor will host a number of Prize Patrol Events (“Events”) at various Participating Establishments. Entrants who Check In at an Event (“Event Entrants”) may play the Cash Claw Machine for the chance to win various prizes described herein. Event Entrants must be present to win any prize.

 Every Gold Status Level and Silver Status Level Event Entrant who Checks In during each one (1) hour event (“Event Period”) will receive a pair of AE Player Rewards socks (retail value $4.75) while supplies last. The first forty (40) Event Entrants (of any Status Level) who Check In during the Event Period will have three (3) chances to grab a ball from the Cash Claw machine to win either $5 cash, $10 cash, $20 cash or $50 cash. The odds of winning $5 cash are 32 in 40; the odds of winning $10 cash are 5 in 40; the odds of winning $20 cash are 2 in 40; and the odds of winning $50 cash are 1 in 50. If an Event Entrant does not successfully grab a ball, they do not win a cash prize. A total of $300 cash will be given out per event. 

Check Ins during any one Event Period do not roll over into any future Event Period. Dates and/or details of Events are subject to change at any time in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize Patrol Event dates are listed below. At each Prize Patrol Event, $300 cash, as well as a number of socks, will be awarded as defined above.

MULTIPLIER OPPORTUNITIES: Multiplier Events are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor at any time.  For current list of all Multiplier Events, please visit www.aeplayer.com.  On these specified dates and/or times, one (1) Check-In will either be multiplied by two (2) (“Double Entry” or “2X”), multiplied by three (3) (“Triple Entry” or “3X”), multiplied by four (4) (“Four Times Entry” or “4X”) or multiplied by five (5) ("Five Times Entry" or "5X").  Multiplier Events are not applicable to Prize Patrol Giveaway Opportunities.   

MYSTERY MULTIPLIERS: On these specified dates, a multiplier will trigger with each Check-In at random. One (1) Check-In will either be multiplied by two (2) ("Double Entry" or "2X"), multiplied by three (3) ("Triple Entry" or "3X"), multiplied by four (4) ("Four Times Entry" or "4X") or multiplied by five (5) ("Five Times Entry" or "5X"). 

SYSTEM SERVICE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE: On System Service maintenance dates and times, Entrants will be unable to check in on the AE Player app; however, Entrants may still Check In on available Kiosks. A message will be posted on the AE Player app during System Service maintenance dates and times to indicate that maintenance is ongoing and that Check In is unavailable. System Service maintenance days and times are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor at any time.

WINNER SELECTION/VERIFICATION:  At the end of each Individual Giveaway Opportunity, Quarterly Status Level Giveaway Opportunity, and Specified Status Level Giveaway Opportunity, the allotted number of Winners will be randomly selected from among the North and the South Participating Establishments.  Instant Win Giveaway Prizes are awarded upon randomly selected Winner’s Check In.  At the end of each Prize Patrol Event Period, the allotted number of Winners will be randomly selected from among all Event Entrants.  Each Winner will be notified via phone and/or email provided at time of Check In, by Sponsor or its representative within 48 hours of being selected, and each Winner has 48 hours after being contacted in which to return the Sponsor or its representative’s call and/or email.  Each Winner will be subject to a vetting and verification process to ensure Eligibility Requirements have been met.  Each Winner will be required to complete and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and except where prohibited by law, a publicity release form (“Affidavit/Release”) within 48 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of the properly executed Winner’s Affidavit/Release, Sponsor and/or its representative will process such materials and mail the applicable prize to the Winner. If Winner: (1) provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, (2) is otherwise disqualified pursuant to these Official Rules, or (3) fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, his/her prize will be forfeited, and it will be awarded to an alternate, randomly selected Winner (also subject to verification).  For Instant Win Giveaways, only: cash prizes are subject to Winner Verification; however, status bump prizes are not.   

Entries will be included in the drawing for the particular Giveaway Opportunity in which the Entry is received and confirmed valid by Sponsor and/or 3rd Party Verification Company.  Entries into any Individual Giveaway Opportunity will not roll over into any subsequent Individual Giveaway Opportunity.  Entries into any Quarterly Status Level Giveaway Opportunity will not roll over into any subsequent Quarterly Status Level Giveaway Opportunity.  Entries into any Specified Status Level Giveaway Opportunity will not roll over into any subsequent Specified Status Level Giveaway Opportunity.   Entries during any one Prize Patrol Event Period do not roll over into any future Prize Patrol Event Period.  Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Prize per Individual Giveaway Opportunity, one (1) Prize per Quarterly Status Level Giveaway Opportunity, one (1) Prize per each individual Check-In Date of a Specified Status Level Giveaway Opportunity excluding Instant Win Giveaway Opportunities.  Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Prize Patrol Prize per Prize Patrol Event. ODDS OF WINNING: THE ODDS OF WINNING ANY PARTICULAR PRIZE DEPENDS UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE CHECK INS RECEIVED FOR THAT GIVEAWAY OPPORTUNITY.  Prizes are subject to terms and conditions herein and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:  Prize money will be paid in the form of a check made out to the Winner from Sponsor or its representative, and/or Gift Cards where noted. Winners are responsible for all costs associated with their individual prize, including but not limited to all federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of a Prize specified herein.  Prizes may not be transferred or assigned.  No substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prizes in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a selected Winner may be required to forfeit a Prize and an alternate Winner may be selected (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) in accordance with these Official Rules from the remaining eligible Check Ins if selected Winner: (i) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the Prize for any reason; or (ii) fails to comply with these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to withhold delivery of Prize if the Winner does not comply with the requirements described herein and Prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor's sole discretion, by Winner’s noncompliance.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PUBLICITY:  Except where prohibited by law, the return to the Sponsor of the completed Affidavit/Release for any Prize(s) constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional compensation, prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, a Winner must provide written consent to such use.

RELEASE: By participating (a) Entrants release Sponsor, 3rd Party Verification Company, the Illinois Gaming Board and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, limited liability companies, suppliers, distributors, Participating Establishments and employees, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees, licensors, dealerships, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages, of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (b) Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or destruction of property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize(s) (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Program; and (c) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including, but not limited to, the prize quality or availability.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Check In information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage related to or resulting from participation in this Program. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of Program materials, the administration of the Program, or the announcement of any prize winner, including any such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE CHECK IN PROCESS OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Program is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Program, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any suspect Check In or Entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, the Program and/or to randomly select the winner from valid Check In received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at aeplayer.com. Check Ins not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Check In process or the operation of the Program or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION/DISPUTE RESOLUTION:  Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Program or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal, state and local courts for DuPage County, Illinois (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with Check Ins to this Program but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Illinois.
